Arbitration Agreement

The arbitration shall be conducted by a single neutral arbitrator under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) Consumer Arbitration Rules, which are available at www.adr.org. The arbitration shall take place in New York County, New York, or at another mutually agreed location, including remotely.

Each party will be responsible for paying any AAA filing, administrative, and arbitrator fees in accordance with AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules.

Class Action Waiver: You and Road Ready Suite LLC agree that each may bring claims against the other only in your or its individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.

You may opt out of this Arbitration Agreement by sending written notice to [email protected] within 30 days of first accepting these Terms. Your notice must include your name, mailing address, and a clear statement that you wish to opt out of arbitration.
